You connect the AI accounts and API keys you already hold. Your agents run on them directly, on your own machine, and whatever your provider charges is what you pay them. We never resell you tokens and never add a markup — that is a promise about our billing, and it does not change.

Providers do change what their plans permit, and more than one did during 2026. That is why Streampipe discovers whatever harnesses and providers are installed on your own machine rather than hardwiring one: if a provider's terms change, you point your fleet at another and keep working. We will always tell you plainly what we know, and we will never quietly let a provider's policy become your outage.

The command center: orchestration, review gates, budgets, the run ledger, routing across models, role-based access, and the control layer that makes a fleet of agents safe to run — plus, on Company, $75 of platform usage a month. That is the flat fee. Your AI usage is separate and goes straight to your provider.

Because credits hide the price. Bundled platforms buy inference wholesale and resell it as a currency only they can value — so the true cost of a run becomes unknowable, and you can't tell when you've been quietly moved to a cheaper model. We charge a clean platform fee and show you what every job really cost.

Every workspace on the Company plan includes $75 of platform usage a month — the amounts listed above, which most workspaces will not come close to using. Past the allowance you pay the published rates on this page: upstream list price plus 30%, flat across every resource, with no negotiation and no hidden tiers. The running total is visible in your workspace before the invoice arrives.

Yes — 14 days of everything in the Company plan on any plan, so you can run a real fleet rather than a demo sandbox. You add a card when you start; we don't charge it during the trial. We email you on day 7 and day 12 with your exact end date and what you'll be charged, and you can cancel at any time from your workspace. If you don't cancel, your plan begins on day 15 at the price shown above and renews monthly. One thing worth saying plainly: the Streampipe platform is free for those 14 days, but your AI provider still bills you at their normal rate for whatever your agents do — the run ledger shows you exactly what that cost.

Up or down at any time, self-serve. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Annual plans include two months free and are refunded pro rata if you cancel mid-term.

Your agents execute on your own machine, against your own AI accounts — that work never runs on our hardware. What we store is the work metadata: your tasks, specs and run history, so the ledger and the review queue can do their jobs. We treat it as confidential, we never train on it, and we never hand it to a third party. A signed data processing agreement is available on every plan, not just Enterprise.

Early access in waves as we open the doors, and your platform fee locked at the founding rate for as long as you stay subscribed — even after list pricing moves. That's a real promise we'll honour, not a launch gimmick.
